How to Visit the Website

  1. Open your browser

On your phone or computer, open Safari (iPhone/iPad), Chrome (Android), or any web browser.

  2. Type the address

In the address bar at the top, type soi2hoa.org and press Go or Enter.

  3. Bookmark it

Tap the share icon (iPhone) or the star icon (Chrome/Android) to save it as a bookmark for next time.

TIP Bookmark soi2hoa.org right now so you can always find it quickly. Even better — follow the steps below to save it as an icon on your phone.

Save to Your Phone — iPhone or iPad

You can save this site to your home screen so it opens with one tap — just like a real app. There is nothing to download from the App Store.

  1. Open Safari

Make sure you are using the Safari browser — the blue compass icon. This does not work in Chrome on iPhone.

  2. Visit the site

Go to soi2hoa.org in the Safari address bar.

  3. Tap the Share button

At the bottom of the screen, tap the square with an arrow pointing up. It is in the middle of the bottom toolbar.

  4. "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down in the menu that appears and tap "Add to Home Screen". You may need to scroll to find it.

  5. Tap "Add"

A name will be filled in automatically. Tap the blue "Add" button in the top right corner.

  6. Done!

A new icon labeled "SOI2 HOA" will appear on your home screen. Tap it anytime to open the community website.

TIP The icon will look like the HOA logo. Tap it just like any other app on your phone.

Save to Your Phone — Android

  1. Open Chrome

Make sure you are using the Chrome browser — the colorful circle icon.

  2. Visit the site

Go to soi2hoa.org in the Chrome address bar.

  3. Tap the three dots

In the top right corner of Chrome, tap the three vertical dots (the menu button).

  4. "Add to Home screen"

In the menu that appears, tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".

  5. Tap "Add"

Confirm by tapping "Add" in the dialog that appears.

  6. Done!

The SOI2 HOA icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it anytime to open the site.

TIP Some Android phones may show a banner at the bottom of the screen automatically when you visit soi2hoa.org. You can tap that banner as a shortcut.

Accessing the Owners Portal

The Owners Portal is a private section for homeowners only. It contains financial statements, meeting minutes, and other members-only documents.

  1. Go to Owners Portal

Click "Owners Portal" in the navigation menu at the top of the page (shown in gold).

  2. Sign in

Enter the email address and password provided to you by the board.

  3. Browse documents

Once signed in, you will see documents organized by category. Click any document to download it.

  4. Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Enter your email and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes.

TIP Your login email ends in @soi2.org — for example: [email protected]. If you are unsure of your credentials, contact the board.

Using the Community Map

The Community Map is an interactive, owner-only map showing all 35 homes in Sanctuary of Inverness II. Each home has a numbered pin you can tap to see the address, street, and owner name. It is available inside the Owners Portal — you must be signed in to access it.

  1. Sign in to the Owners Portal

Click "Owners Portal" in the navigation bar and sign in with your credentials.

  2. Click "Community Map"

Once signed in, click the gold "Community Map" button in the portal header.

  3. Read and accept the acknowledgment

The first time you visit, you will see a short acknowledgment screen. Check the box and click "Continue to Community Map." You will only see this once — it will not appear again on future visits unless the policy is updated.

  4. Tap any numbered pin

Tap a pin on the map to see that home's address and owner name. Tap the × button or tap elsewhere to close the popup.

  5. Search for a home

Use the search field above the map to find a home by lot number, street address, or owner name. Matching results appear in a dropdown — tap any result to jump directly to that pin.

  6. Report a correction

If you notice an error on the map, click "Report a map correction" below the map. This opens the Contact page where you can send a note to the board.

TIP The Community Map is for authorized owner reference only. Information shown may not be copied or shared outside the Owners Portal.
